The Castle Restaurant located in Dunleith’s original carriage house and stables, built in the 1790’s. This 18th century brick structure was home to fine carriages and purebred thoroughbreds. Built to resemble a castle, it is an architectural gem that provides a comfortable dining atmosphere. Located in the historic railroad depot at the heart of Madison. The Strawberry Cafe was the first restaurant in Madison, established in 1987. It was named after the fact that strawberries were produced in the area and distributed by train from the railroad depot; therefore, creating Madison. The current owners bought the café in August of 2005, changing everything except the name, in hopes of creating a restaurant in Madison with a comfortable atmosphere and great food.

Ruth's Chris Steak House was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana by Ruth Fertel, a single mother of two who wanted a better life for herself and her two sons. She purchased "Chris" steakhouse in New Orleans which had been operated for the 38 years prior. She changed the name to Ruth's Chris when a fire forced her to move from the original location. Today, there are 129 Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants across the globe, including a recently opened restaurant in Dubai.
